Districts of Budapest

1st district

The Gellert hill and the castle area, all the way of the Danube on the Buda side with the furnicular, and the smooth green hills behind the Buda castle are offering great access to the downtown, but quiet accomodations in the same time.

2nd district

The so known Rosehill, the district of luxury and home of high-end. As the greatest district of Budapest it also includes village like feeling far from the noise of the downtown.

3rd district

A greatly developing part of Buda, neighbor of the 2nd district, good access to the city, the Bristish International School etc. Home of the modern and stylish real estates and riverside apartments.

5th district

The Downtown, the beating heart of Budapest, entertainment, bars, theaters and nightlife on one side, non-stop flowing business on the other hand. The pulsating life won′t disturb you in our greatly separated apartments, those are islands of calm in the ocean of activity.

6th and 7th district

The historical downtown, the old and furbished houses, hidden and large squares the secret little passages and streets. Modern married to ancient all around results in a developing tasteful milieu. 9th district

9th district lays near the Danube and offers modern accommodations with great access to and from the city and great investment possibilities in the same time. 11th district

11th district is a strongly developing area, where a calm detached house district merges peacefully with modern condominiums. Home of the university district, pubs, bars and night clubs granting the exciting nightlife.

12th district

12th district is the place where the luxury villas and modern detached houses – as blueblood estates - are ruling their large gardens in the silent milieu. Nice green area with the International Kindergarten, embassies and great access to all directions in Budapest.

13th district

13th district with the developing riverside and the mystic so called Újlipót area with its special historical sense will grant you the advantages and opportunities of the downtown, but with the safe feeling of a familiar neighborhood. Great access to the city, entertainment and nightlife is a sure find a few blocks from you.

14th district

14th district is a familiar garden suburb area with great access to the downtown and towards M0 ring and Ferihegy International Airport too. In case you are looking for calm and luxury in a familiar and silent district, the 14th welcomes you.
